The Fitzgerald Report (1953)

Congressional investigation into the suppression of cancer treatments. Special Counsel Benedict Fitzgerald concluded that "a conspiracy does exist" to stop treatments with "solid therapeutic value."

Hoxsey v. Fishbein (1949)

The landmark libel case where Harry Hoxsey sued the AMA. Morris Fishbein admitted under oath that Hoxsey's paste DID cure external cancer. The court found Fishbein's statements "false, slanderous and libelous."

Independent Physicians' Report (1954)

Ten physicians conducted a two-day inspection of the Hoxsey clinic and signed a report stating the treatment was "superior to such conventional methods as x-ray, radium, or surgery."

FDA "Public Beware" Warning (1956)

The Lancet Gastroenterology & Hepatology (2020) + 6-year follow-up (2024)

The largest RCT ever conducted on a Hoxsey ingredient. 1,108 participants across 7 hospitals. Found 36% vs. 47% colorectal adenoma recurrence (p=0.001). Six-year follow-up confirmed lasting benefits.
